A tactile switch is a power supply that uses modern electronic technology to control the time ratio of the tactile switch to turn on and off, maintaining a stable output voltage. Switching power supplies are generally composed of pulse width modulation (PWM) control ICs and MOSFETs. Compared to linear power supplies, the cost of both switching power supplies increases with the increase of output power, but their growth rates are different. The cost of a linear power supply is higher than that of a switching power supply at a certain output power point, which is called the cost reversal point. With the development and innovation of power electronics technology, the technology of tactile switches is constantly innovating, and this cost reversal point is increasingly moving towards the low output power end, providing broad development space for switching power supplies.

1、 Modern communication tactile switches have remote monitoring functions, such as remote signaling, telemetry, and remote control, in order to achieve unmanned operation. However, the signal line interface connected to them has a long communication distance and is highly susceptible to accidents such as induced lightning damage and shutdown. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Information Industry, corresponding signal lightning arresters should be installed for protection.

2、 The installation of DC lightning arresters was only proposed in the recently released lightning protection standards, because the residual voltage of DC lightning arresters is much lower than that of AC lightning arresters, which can effectively improve the ability of sensitive equipment in communication switch power supplies to resist lightning electromagnetic pulses.

3、 Multi level arrangement of lightning arresters can reduce the additional residual voltage caused by lead inductance, because the front lightning arrester has already discharged most of the lightning current into the ground, while the rear lightning arrester only discharges a small part of the lightning current. The reduction of lightning current will inevitably lead to a decrease in the additional residual voltage on the lead. To ensure the energy coordination between the front and rear stages of the lightning arrester, the length of the power cable between the lightning arrester should not be less than 15 meters. Otherwise, a decoupling device should be used for energy coordination.

4、 The lightning protection of incoming power cables is easily taken seriously, while other power lines of the communication department are often overlooked, such as lighting street light lines, tower light power lines, and non telecommunications facility rental telecommunications power lines. It is now advisable to use solar tower lights, which can reduce one lightning intrusion channel. Other outgoing power lines should be within the protection range of the lightning protection system, otherwise specialized lightning protection measures should be taken.
