Many enterprises ensure that their production environment, pipelines, equipment, and tools are in a clean state in order to standardize the cleaning and disinfection operations of their production areas, pipelines, equipment, and tools. Before starting work, thoroughly clean all containers, tools, and floors to meet the requirements of cleanliness and hygiene.
Disinfection situation

1. The cleaning and disinfection of production areas, pipelines, equipment, and tools are carried out before, after, and during production intervals.

2. Cleaning supplies include high-pressure cleaning machines, plastic brushes, floor mops, water tanks, tap water, 50PPM sodium hypochlorite solution, hot water above 82 ℃, 75% alcohol, and plastic buckets.

The production process of tactile switches may require disinfection depending on the situation, as it involves the hands of many frontline workers and is frequently touched. If one person is operating the entire process, disinfection can be carried out before and after production. If different people can handle it, it is best to wipe it with 75% alcohol before use.

High pressure cleaning machines and plastic brushes are used for disinfection and cleaning around equipment. Regarding personnel disinfection, personnel entering the clean area before production should change shoes, change clothes, wash hands, and disinfect to meet the requirements of cleanliness and hygiene.
